  1. Add 2 tbspn oil and fry the okra till the stickiness disappears. Keep aside..
  2. Heat a kadai add 2 tbspn oil add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dal and chanadhal. Saute till golden..
  3. Add curry leaves,onion and salt. Saute till golden brown..
  4. Now add the spices, turmeric and red chilli powder. Then add okra and mix well..
  5. Cover and cook if needed without adding water. After it's done add coriander leaves and coconut. Mix well..
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice and and curry..
