- You need 2 of medium sized tomatoes (chopped).
- Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of roasted cumin seeds powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- Wash and Pat dry the bhindi. Cut them into daimond shape..
- Deep fry them on medium flame..
- Remove the fried bhindi on a tissue paper..
- In a pan add oil, heat it. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix it well. Make sure the spices don't burn..

- Once the tomatoes are soft add roasted cumin seeds powder, garam masala and salt..
- Mix well and cook for about 2 minutes..
