  1. Cut onions and bhindi from middle and small pieces. Soak kokam in water..
  2. Add oil put some mustard seeds,jeera,hing powder turmeric powder and onion. Fry onion for 2 minutes..
  3. Add the cut bhindi into it. Fry it for 5 minutes. Add kokam into it..
  4. Salt, dhaniya, jeere powder, red chilli powder,amchur powder or chat masala powder and let it cover it with lid for 5-7 minutes. Add sugar into it now..
  5. Cover for 5 minutes more. And now the bhindi is ready. Serve it with chapati..
