- Chop bhindi in 1-inch length. Roughly chop 2 onions and 2 tomatoes. In a mixture add onion, tomatoes garlic, ginger and chillies and make a paste. Chop even size 1 onion and also the tomatoes and keep it aside..
- In kadai heat oil and add the chopped bhindi and saute till it changes the colour into dark green..
- Add besan, rice flour and 1 tbsp red chilli powder. Saute it for 5 mins..
- Mix well and keep it aside..
- In the same Kadai add 3 tbsp oil. Add sauf and tejpatta and add the tomato-onion paste..
- Let it simmer for 10 minS till the paste shrink and leaves oil inside..
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dhaniya jeera powder and salt..
- Add water, the evenly chopped onions and tomatoes. Mix it well and simmer for 5 mins..
- Add the bhindi and again mix it well..
- After 5 mins add dahi. Mix it and close the lid and let it simmer for 10 more mins..
- At the end just add fresh cream and mix it..
- Relish it with wheat kulcha..
