- Cut off the head and tip of the bhindi..
- Cut into four halves length wise deseed the bhindi..

- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the onions until golden brown add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes add chopped tomatoes, salt cook until tomatoes are mushy..
- Now add all masala and mix well add 2tbsp curd stir continuously cook for 3-4minutes..
- Pour the gravy in a serving dish and serve with kurkuri bhindi..
