  1. You need 150 gms of bhindi (okra or lady finger).
  2. You need 2 tablespoons of oil.
  3. You need 1 of Medium onion.
  4. It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. It's 1 tsp of chilli powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  9. It's 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder.
  10. You need as required of Salt.

Bhindi Fry step by step

  1. Rinse the bhindi and cut into small pieces..
  2. Heat oil in pan add the bhindi.saute them until light fry. remove the bhindi fry from pan and keep aside..
  3. Heat oil in pan add the chopped onion.saute them till they turn light brown.Now add ginger garlic paste and stir well..
  4. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilli powder.mix the spices with the onion.now add the bhindi,salt and stir very well..
  5. Bhindi fry is ready.You can garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapatis and dal rice..
