- You need 150 gms of bhindi (okra or lady finger).
- You need 2 tablespoons of oil.
- You need 1 of Medium onion.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder.

Bhindi Fry step by step
- Rinse the bhindi and cut into small pieces..
- Heat oil in pan add the bhindi.saute them until light fry. remove the bhindi fry from pan and keep aside..
- Heat oil in pan add the chopped onion.saute them till they turn light brown.Now add ginger garlic paste and stir well..
- Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilli powder.mix the spices with the onion.now add the bhindi,salt and stir very well..
- Bhindi fry is ready.You can garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapatis and dal rice..
